The Enchanted Forest is a massive sound and light show which attracts 20,000 visitors to Pitlochry, where it is held. It has been run annually since 2002.
The event was such a massive success that extra capacities had to be arranged as the shows were continually being sold out. Some exposure on STV and the BBC certainly helped the popularity of the event, and boosted the amount of visitors. Mark Rivkin of Sound2Light Productions contacted Event Video Services looking to capture a reminder of this fabulous show that his company had designed and built.
After two weeks of entertaining thousands of members of the public it was about to be dismantled and the only remaining record of it would be in the photographs taken and the short video clips made for TV news stories. Mark was looking for some excellent quality video coverage similar to what had appeared on STV and BBC news which would then be shown on his website.
